A make up Game against the Berkeley White Sox

The Maroons were losing 10-1 but came back and closed the gap to 12-11 in the 6th inning.

With the bases loaded and no one out William was called upon to do his thing.

After
retiring the first two batters on six consecutive strikes, Number 12
from the White Sox got a hold of an 0-1 fastball and drove it to shallow
right field. The right fielder was unable to come up with it and two
runs scored before the runner from first was tagged out between second
and third base.

The final score was 15-13 White Sox.
